Agile Methods for Project Managers
Description
Agile methods comprise a family of new software development lifecycle (SDLC) process models focusing on development in a “faster” and “lighter” fashion. Agile methods focus on people as the principle component for success in a software project over reams of documentation. Agile methods ask that project managers trained in traditional management techniques consider a new approach to the SDLC that focuses first on the rapid delivery of quality code through the active collaboration of all stakeholders over traditional document-centric, gated processes.
