Student Union Web Application for Room and Reservation Space

Welcome to the Student Union Room and Reservation request system. We have created this start page to help you determine when to use this system. Please read the situations below to determine if you should use the web application.

When to use the online application:

1. Your event is seven (7) days from today's date and no more then one (1) year from today's date.

2. You are submitting a new event, a new event that occurs on a different day, date, or time, or are adding additional rooms to your original request.

3. If you would like to schedule a vendor table select "other location" for the Room Preference box and then select "Other - Fax Diagram" for the basic setup style box.

When NOT to use the online application:

1. Your event is less than seven (7) days from today's date or more then one (1) year from today's date. To schedule outside of these requirements please contact our assistant coordinator at 480-727-1098.

2. You would like to cancel, make changes to, or add specific information to an event. To do any of these items, please contact our assistant coordinator at 480-727-1098.
